The fate of Benue PMAN

The Performing Employers Association of Nigeria PMAN Benue chapter is going through a tough time as there has been pending and unresolved issues since the appointed chairman chief Fabian terseer yaga stated categorically clear that he is going to tender his resignation letter to the association chapter where he ascended leadership about a year ago,according to chief Fabian yaga,the Benue pman are yet to understand what this union stands for inspite it is a national body and has recognition worldwide.

According to Yaga,his vision for the association is pure and legit but some elements are willing to go at any length to make sure that the chapter association fail,”even if it is a personal hatred for me, atleast the Association should be considered first because the perpetrators of this vicious act are also members and some of them are even exco in this same association“, he added,it is very clear that chief Fabian yaga is no doubt a politician but has not turned the association into a political ground, Fabian stated that for some,they feel that his affiliation to a political party is wrong while for some,they feel he is arrogant to lead such an association.

To many others,he is the right person for the job as he has proven himself at different capacity even within the association to be transparent and worthy of the seat,which most people believed it was thesame reason why he was choose to lead the association at the state level by the national body committee.

His reason for announcing that he will be resigning from the office of the chairman of pman, Benue state chapter, in his words “if the people am leading feels am not fit enough to be their leader or am no longer competent,what a good leader will do is to to resign” he added by saying, maybe they feel am the problem of the association so if I leave the association will ascend to her promise Land,I want the best for the association so I will leave. I don’t want to state mentioning my list of archievements since I ascended the office as the chairman of the association in such a short period of time, for my works will speak for me and my enemies will testify my good works some day, he concluded.
