In an interview with ADIDI TV Benue popular disc jocker, shishi fondly refer to as burst dat groove, DJ shishi opens up on his journey Soo far, shishi is a native of logo LGA of benue state of Nigeria,a graduate from the college of education katsina-Ala, he recalls,i started this DJ work during my college days without having any equipment of my own,but putting hardwork to it everyday got me this far, though am not where i want to be just yet but am optimistic I will get there someday,I believe hardwork is everything,if everyone or persons are taking their work seriously and doing it well and rapidly I guarantee them success in all their endeavours am not successful like the likes of spinal or xclusive or Neptune but am not where I use to be when I started,I have grown am sure those who have been following me will attest to this.
When I started I use to play for free from children birthdays to friends birthday,burials from one village to another,local street shows and so on,the virtual DJ software I was using was version 5. My laptop was something I use to be ashamed of each time I go out to play but the story has changed for me today simply because I never gave up and I always put in work to my craft,so I believe it can work for anybody out there trying to make a living.
When I started I was just DJ shishi but today am the C.E.O burstgroove entertainment two artiste signed to it, I have a recording studio with high quality equipments, I also have like different set of DJ equipment for our services and preferences for our customers, am not saying this for pride purpose but to make you see how hardwork pays.

Today DJ shishi is one of most sort out DJ in Benue state,he plays at political functions,and other high events,with songs to his credit,he is no doubt following the footsteps of DJ Jimmy jatt,DJ spinall,DJ Neptune.
Shishi conclude with an adivice to young people and I qoute ” my advice to young people is that they should make their hustle legit and put their heart and hardwork to it,and they will Excell,it’s just a matter of time and patience”.
